CLARITY RCM provides revenue cycle management, healthcare workflow, coding, billing, analytics, and related technology services.

You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access features or data that you are not authorized to use.

Certain features of the Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to notify CLARITY RCM of any unauthorized access to your account.

Customers may submit healthcare, patient, billing, claims, and other business-related information through the Services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate rights, permissions, and legal authority to provide such information to CLARITY RCM. CLARITY RCM will process Customer Data in accordance with applicable agreements and privacy requirements.

Certain CLARITY RCM Services may require payment of subscription fees or other charges. Pricing, billing cycles, and applicable payment terms will be presented during the purchasing or contracting process.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, applicable fees may be billed according to the selected billing cycle.
