I didn’t set out to start a billing company. I started Clarity because I watched my wife, a dermatologist, struggle to find a partner who truly understood the specific demands of her private practice.
She was stuck between two bad options: managing the overhead of an in-house team or handing her revenue over to a generic vendor who treated her claims like a ticket number.
Coming from a background in technology at Apple and Airbnb, I knew there was a better way. We built Clarity to be the solution we couldn't find—a partner that combines the precision of modern data platforms with the dedication of a team that lives and breathes dermatology.
